Englishtown has snuck up on quickly but they had no qualifying today due to the 31 driver entry. Aaron Losey and Forest Wang have been killing it all day. Forest Wang didn’t run in the second practice but is said to come back tomorrow. The track is a high commitment banked turn that many drivers seem to be having trouble with. Damien Bagley crashed his car so bad that he shattered his back window. He told Wrecked Magazine he has the car fixed and is coming back tomorrow. Other drivers who sustained some notable damange were Estie (not to return), Sammy Tiger, Chanin “A”, Glen from Vision Performance, Carlos (NJ local)! We will keep you updated and get you guys are photographs soon.

Glen Woods announced today that after the Englishtown NOPI event he will be stepping down from the NOPI camp. Glen is best known for his relationships with the drivers and his tech knowledge and experience in the drag racing and Drifting community. Glen will be highly missed in the community and we hope that he is still around in the Industry so we can enjoy his company. We are all on standby to find his replacement from NOPI out of Atlanta, Georgia.
It was actually broken by a comment on the blog earlier today from a certain judge but he claims that it is potential that the NOPI Drift event the first weekend of May will be held on the road course at Englishtown instead of the parking lot. After talking to some locals they said it will be a HUGE deal if they are able to take over the road course. It’s suppose to be one of the most exciting layouts used in Drifting around the United States. We will keep you informed as this story unfolds!
Cliffnotes: Possible that the Englishtown event will be held at the road course instead of the parking lot. Nothing is confirmed as of now.
