The spirit of the Formula D series goes to the driver who just puts it all out there and keeps pushing forward. This man I am describing looking at the 2008 season is definitely Patrick “Pat Attack” Mordaunt! He had a great battle with Vaughn Gittin Jr. in the main event of Atlanta and just fought hard all year. We also cannot forget he was top qualifier in Seattle (in the 350z) above in the first event he ever drove it at!

Check out Friday’s gallery sponsored by Bosch from the House of Drift. We have some great footage of unseeded qualifying and the late night top 32 practice. This event was looking to be a great one as we rolled into the main event with a championship on the line and victory on everyone’s mind. Check out all of our great coverage from Formula D.

Someone sent this into the website today and we love it. Some quick clips from this great event in Las Vegas that took place over the weekend. The grassroots organization out of Las Vegas tosses a great bash in Las Vegas as Nellis Air Force base for all the locals and some Formula D players. Forest Wang and Patrick Mourdaunt are spotted ripping it up with some triple tandem action.

Don’t miss Pat Attack at Formula D Seattle where he hopped in the Braille Auto Nissan 350z and landed number one qualifier at his first ever event in this finely tuned Nissan. Pat travels by car from LA to the event in Seattle with the Riceboy Team in tow to produce a great piece of coverage.

Well we were hoping to have you a gallery already from the practice day in Monterrery but due to some technical difficulties and the lack of a Circuit City within walking distance we are on hold for the time being. Our taxi driver managed to get lost four times getting us to the racetrack yesterday after we landed in Monterrey and the taxi ride was about 40 miles and cost us $24.00 roughly American! Man, I love this place already. Luckily Hiro Sumida (driver of the Discount Tire Lexus IS350 currently in FD) has got some pics of setup and his old Toyota Chaser he brought to the dance.
