2025 Formula DRIFT PRO Round 1 Long Beach Results

Season Opener
Round 1 of the Formula DRIFT PRO season kicked off this past weekend at the infamous streets of Long Beach and it did not disappoint.
2012 Formula DRIFT champion Daigo Saito made a return to Formula DRIFT after a 10-year hiatus. Several other drivers made their PRO debut in the series including 2024 Formula DRIFT PROSPEC champion Tommy Lemaire, Connor O'Sullivan, Austin Matta, and two-time British Drift Championship (2016, 2017) and Russian Drift Series (2021) champion Jack Shanahan.
Larry Chen was inducted into the Formula DRIFT Hall of Fame as the first non-driver recipient. Previous inductees include Rhys Millen, Samuel Hubinette, and Tanner Foust.
Daniel Stuke would ended up winning the seeding bracket on Friday night and Fredic Aasbø took the top spot on the podium for Saturday's main bracket. Here is how they finished up:
